Episode 2 of True Crime Tasmania will be released in early August, and features the tale of Hobart medical professional, Dr John Boughey. Dr Boughey claimed he was using a technique that involved applying pressure to the carotid arteries in the neck, which he said was intended to increase sexual arousal and that ultimately proved fatal.
